6. Maintenance and service
1) Before use, the cycloid pin wheel reducer adds 30# oil to the middle of the oil window , The turbine reducer adds 50# engine oil 1.2-1.5 litres, and the oil is changed once every three months
2) The dung scrapers is cleaned 2-3 times a day, if dung pit some long ,need add the clean times ,
3) Check the lubricating oil once a week during normal operation. Should be added when insufficient. Lubricate the drive chain once a week
4) Check the chain tightness every month.Drop 3-5 mm in the middle of the chain. Loosen loosen tighten bolt adjustment, tighten bolt and top wire
5) Check the scraping board every week to clean up the waste
